We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind so please choose carefully.
We are unable to give refund or exchange on fabric face masks due to hygiene reasons.
If however, your purchase is faulty, please contact us.
All refunds will be processed through the method used to make payment at time of purchase.
Payment is either through deposit to our bank account or by credit card through Stripe, Afterpay or Laybuy. Payment must be received prior to items being sent.
